Came here for lunch with family and it didn't disappoint. Serving authentic Norther Chinese cuisine, they are know for their hand-pulled noodles and broth-based noodle soups. Check out their wall as they have specials that are not on the menu. We ordered 2 combos for the 3 of us: - Noodle with Meat Sauce, Five Spice Beef + Pop - Lamb Chow Mein with Cumin, Pork Jelly + Pop All the dishes were delicious especially the Five Spice Beef and Lamb Chow Mein. Service was decent and limited sitting space so come with a smaller party. Will come back here again to try other dishes.

Been meaning to try Kung Fu Noodle for years. It's located on a smaller side street just off Kingsway. We ordered the Kung Fu Beef Roll ($12.95) which was not bad. The pancake had a nice chewy but crisp texture. Wish it had a bit more sauce with it tho. The Beef Chow Mein and Fried Squid combo ($23.95) is not like chow mein that you get at other restaurants. These hand-cut noodles have a thicker shape and better mouthfeel. Wasn't a big fan of the squid which seemed to have a light fish and chip batter. General Tso's Chicken on Rice ($16.50) had a sweet and slightly spicy flavour but a lightly crispy exterior. The best thing to get here are the noodles. If we come back, we'll want to try their noodle soups. The place is cash or debit only and service isn't their strong suit. UPDATE - January 2026: Returned to try some other dishes. The Lan Zhan Stretched Noodle combo ($23.5) comes with a pop and a side so I opted for the Red Cooked Chicken. There are a lot of noodles in this dish as well as thin and fatty beef shank slides. The noodles are really tender. The chicken is a cold dish but I wound up dunking it in the soup to warm it up. Also had the Sweet and Sour Pork with rice ($16.50) and the Chive Pancake with Pork ($12.95). Nice crispy pancake with savory filling.

The prices are very reasonable here and the portions are fairly large. The lamb soup didn’t have as many lamb slices compared to other places we’ve tried, but this was made up by having more “pita bread” pieces that had a nicer texture (the pita bread is more like little tiny gnocchi). The Claypot was very hot so be careful! All the soups were tasty but we were surprised how quickly the hand-pulled noodles lost their bouncy texture in the broth and became mushy and soft. So slurp those noodles up quickly! We did not try their other noodles so don’t know if they would have held up better. They have a rotating daily special so that may add even more value to what you order depending if the daily special appeals to you.
